Who we are
We began as most roofing companies do, as apprentices for an esteemed roofing company from out of town. From there we moved and created our own roofing company right here. Since then we’ve fallen in love with the area and helped out several businesses and homes along the way.

Our Founders
RON WALDON
Owner
Ron Waldon is as comfortable on a construction site as he is in a clients home. Born in Stockton, CA and a die-hard Miami Hurricanes fan; When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter, and enjoying sports. This third generation contractor comes from a line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and imbued him with the sense that it isn’t enough to merely perform a craft or trade, but to strive to do it better than anyone else.
As a young boy, he would accompany his father to job sites – not just because he enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together, but also because he loved watching things being built from the ground up.
Although Ron represents more than 20 years experience of his own, he has assembled a team of skilled and seasoned industry professionals who embrace his culture of uncompromised customer service, quality craftsmanship and community involvement.
Ron hopes that every job ends with a happy home owner who enjoyed the process and is completely satisfied with the services delivered.
While the construction industry is ever-changing, one thing remains the same: customers want to be taken care of; and that will forever be his goal.
JESSE GUIDERA
Owner
Jesse enjoys watching sports and working on own home-improvement projects. As a contractor in this industry for many years, He learned how to manage projects effectively by providing quality and client-centered experiences. He makes it a point to address any concern or question, involve clients in decision-making, and ensure their understanding of the project. He is a strong advocate for open communication and strive to help all property owners with restoring their homes and businesses.
